I am back home now and I still have loads to tell about this trip but before I do so I shall, first, go to sleep, as the jetlag is hitting me like a brick, and second, thank Stephan again for everything he organised, for the fantastic food he cooked - in a country where good food can be a challenge to come by- and, well, for putting up with me in general ;-) I quite like this photo where he is making wine, it captures the whole essence of Stephan's values - and you haven't seen the one where he is making butter yet...
